Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates, can rightfully be proud of its achievements, which have repeatedly appeared in the annual Guinness World Records.

Located in Abu Dhabi, Emirates Palace Hotel is listed in the Guinness Book of Records as the most expensive vacation spot in the world. A week spent in a suite room of 680 square meters. m on an all-inclusive system, will cost $ 1 million for two.

For this amount, the couple will be offered a whole package of first-class services: first-class flight to Abu Dhabi from anywhere in the world, a car with a driver, daily treatments at Anantara Spa, deep sea fishing, an exclusive trip to the Persian Gulf, daily gifts (including specially created for the hotel champagne Emirates Palace Gold Champagne), products from selected pearls from Robert Wang for the lady and a collectible hunting rifle from Holland Sporting Guns - for the gentleman.

However, not only hotel rooms are worthy of attention, but also its lobby, where in 2010 in winter they put the world's most expensive Christmas tree, covered with gold and silver jewelry with 181 precious stones, including diamonds, pearls, emeralds and sapphires with a total value of 11 million dollars.

So far, one of the most outstanding sights of Abu Dhabi is the Sheikh Zayed Mosque, the construction of which has spent more than 600 million dollars. The chandelier in the main hall deserves special praise. The largest in size, it was she who became the next record holder in the world. When it was created, more than a million Swarovski crystals were used. The chandelier has a diameter of 10 meters and a height of 15 meters.

And, of course, one cannot ignore the famous Iranian handmade carpet, which strewn the floor in the mosque: it was also recognized as the largest in the world. It was made by two hundred Nishapur craftsmen from Khorasan-Razavi province for a year and a half. Abu Dhabi's architectural masterpieces also delight tourists. Residents of the capital are also actively involved in the achievements of the emirate: in Abu Dhabi, in honor of Mother's Day, more than 3,000 students gathered on the promenade to create the longest drawing in the world. Their venture was successful, and the UAE again fell into the Guinness Book of Records thanks to a masterpiece whose length was about 3 km.
