Abu Dhabi Foundation for Music and Arts has established the title of “ADMAF Journalism Professor”

The Abu Dhabi Music & Arts Foundation (ADMAF) has signed an agreement to establish the title of “ADMAF Professor of Journalism” with the Higher College of Technology (HTC), becoming one of the founders HCT Foundation's 100-Club.

The agreement was signed in Abu Dhabi by UAE Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan and ADMAF founder Hoody Al Khamis Kanu. Under the agreement, ADMAF will support “ADMAF journalism professors” for three years. These professors will work together with other teachers and faculties of the college, promoting the best practical teaching methods, monitoring and setting academic standards, evaluating student work and contributing to the further development of the faculties of this university. The main task of ADMAF journalism professors is to develop the relationship between the foundation and society.

Recall that ADMAF is a non-profit organization founded in 1996 and designed to promote art, classical music, education, culture and creativity among residents of the UAE and residents of Abu Dhabi. The foundation focuses on campus, where young students are best able to participate in the formation of new cultural values. In 2007, to mark the 20th anniversary of its foundation, the Higher College of Technology (HCT) organized the HCT Foundation with a mandate to partner with commercial and non-profit organizations. Recently, the fund added 25 new member companies to its list, which have made a significant contribution to its activities.
