DUBAI FOOD AND INNOVATION FESTIVAL

The French Galeries Lafayette department store in Dubai hosted the first Innovative Food Festival. It took place for five days from May 8 to 12. The main purpose of the event was to bring together major suppliers, chefs of various food chains, product manufacturers and give them the opportunity to share experiences.

The new season is the time for new gastronomic acquaintances. All visitors to the festival had the opportunity to taste international cuisine, including exclusive products from the famous French market in Rungis and more than 130 types of cheeses from the famous cheese shop “La Cave a Fromage”.
