For all lovers of the outstanding Lange 1 watches, including those who especially enjoyed the process of winding the movement, the German manufacture introduced the automatic Lange 1 Daymatic watch with a sector indicator of the day of the week. For a watch collection with a prestigious name, this marks the beginning of a new era.
At first glance, the watch seems familiar, but a detailed examination shows how innovative it is. They have a newly developed automatic mechanism that provides collections with completely new perspectives.
On the dial, the main dial with the hour and minute hands is located on the right. For those who appreciate high-end watches who are used to wearing a watch on their left wrist, this design gives a definite advantage. When they open the watch, pushing back the sleeve, the first thing they see will be the most important information - the current time.
The watch uses an automatic Caliber L021.1, which was literally designed from scratch. The efficiency of the plant process is ensured by a heavy central rotor, decorated with an exquisite bas-relief inscription "A. Lange & Sohne". The rotor is equal to the entire diameter of the mechanism - 31.6 mm. It is made of nickel silver, an alloy traditionally used in Lange due to its remarkable properties. The outer sector of the rotor is made of platinum; it helps to turn even the smallest hand movements into kinetic energy that winds the watch.
When fully wound, the travel spring has a 50-hour power reserve.
The mechanism has a manually engraved balance bridge, a balance unit without a thermometer, a large balance wheel with eccentric adjusting weights, as well as a balance spring designed and manufactured in Lange workshops. The balance node operates at a frequency of 21,600 vibrations per hour.

"Snake" of the Urushi East. The case of the novelty is made of 18 ct pink gold with a diameter of 39.5 mm. The dial is eye-catching, as it is made in the oldest varnishing technique - Urushi.
The figure on the dial is completely made by hand. A flowering shrub with a golden snake around it is listed in Chinese literature as a symbol of good luck. The icing is derived from the juice of the Urushi tree, known as the "lacquer tree." This tree grows in East Asia, mainly in Japan and China. Juice is collected as well as juice from a rubber tree: it is necessary to tear off the bark and collect the resin. For three to five years, the resin is processed to transform the consistency of the varnish. This material is resistant to acids, alkalis and alcohol, and also withstands high temperatures.

Breguet will present this year a new version of the Type XXII mechanical chronograph with an oscillation frequency of 10 Hz (up to 72,000 vibrations per hour). Model Type XXII 3880 is now made in an 18-carat rose gold case. The second hand of the chronograph makes a complete revolution in 30 seconds. At the same time, the minute indication located in the form of alternating white and red strokes along the perimeter of the dial, as well as the second indication of the same colors, makes it possible to determine whether the chronograph makes the first (red sectors) or second (white sectors) 30-second revolution. The Breguet Chronograph also has a fly-back feature that allows you to instantly return to zero and start a new measurement.
The clock allows you to determine the time in the second time zone, and the convenience of translating the central clockwise without affecting the minute provides a two-position head. The 24-hour indicator of day and night at the 3 o'clock position tells the owner of the clock day or night time in the second time zone. A gold case is complemented by a brown leather strap.
