Dubai's Torch Tower is on fire for the third time.
Dubai, UAE. The infamous Torch Tower skyscraper (which translates as “torch”) in Dubai suffered a fire for the third time.
Today, January 6, the fire began at 2 a.m. in the gym and sauna on the fifth floor. All tenants were evacuated. Some of them received a warning about the evacuation of the building to their mobile phones.
According to residents of the house on social networks, the Dubai Civil Security Authority quickly took control of the fire.
It is worth recalling that for the first time a large-scale fire occurred in a 87-storey building in the Dubai Marina area in August 2007 - an unquenched cigarette was recognized as its cause. Later, in February 2015, facing materials lit up on a building above 50 floors.
