In Dubai, two people were arrested for shooting a famous businessman

Two people were detained in Dubai for a video with a famous businessman from South Africa.

In Dubai, two foreigners were arrested for posting a video on the network that depicts a South African businessman of Indian descent - Ajay Gupta. According to the detainees, he fled from South Africa.

Expatriates were arrested on charges of invading privacy.

Businessman Justin Van Pletzen posted a video on social media on April 4, showing one of three Gupta family brothers accused of having ties to former president Jacob Zuma near his luxury car in Dubai. Pletzen called on the government to take action against the "fugitive."

Ahmad Bin Gulaita, director of the Rafaa police station, said police arrested two men and a woman who posted online videos without the approval of a businessman.

“We do not have an international arrest warrant for a South African businessman,” Bin Gulaita added.

In the UAE, it is forbidden to photograph or record video with the participation of people without their permission, and then publish materials on the Internet.
