Britta, what is the fastest way to be at your hotel if I want to go there from Dubai?
This is the biggest catch so far. There are no direct flights from Dubai to Dusseldorf, but you can get from Frankfurt am Main by train in just an hour and a half. And if you suddenly find yourself in Germany or any other country in Europe, be sure to check out our hotel. Believe me, not a single explanation will give you such sensations as your own experience.
They say this hotel is almost 200 years old? 
Yes, it was reopened after a massive renovation in 2008. This is not a palace or castle, but this is a hotel that was built in the ideal center of the city and at one time hosted many celebrities and royals. 12 years ago it was closed for reconstruction, but when the architects looked at the condition of the building, it was decided to completely rebuild it. Thus, for almost three years, the capital construction of a new building was carried out in the very center of Dusseldorf, which took into account all the requirements of the present - communications, fire safety and other indicators.
Who are the main guests of your hotel?
Of course, almost 50% of the guests are residents of Germany, 20% of our guests are citizens of the countries of the Middle East region, but, which is significant, Russian guests, mainly from Moscow and St. Petersburg, we already have 8%. And these are serious numbers. Therefore, we are working to attract more Russian-speaking guests, not only from Russia itself, but also from neighboring CIS countries.
Why are Russian and Middle East markets so important to you?
Because travelers from these regions usually choose the best hotels and resorts with an extraordinary quality of service. Breidenbacher Hof, a Capella has great facilities and services. Moreover, it is located in the center of the shopping district, where all the leading fashion boutiques are located, and in the hotel building there is a plastic surgery clinic and an ultramodern Spa-center. On a cozy, almost homely atmosphere. After all, the magnificent decor and luxurious amenities at the hotel - that's not all. I would pay attention to the fact that in my room there are those fruits that I love - cherries and strawberries, and not a standard set of apples and bananas. On how I and my girlfriends are received in the Capella lounge, setting the table for tea for us for free. They greet me as if they had been waiting for me all my life, and escorted me as the most dear guest, taking from me a promise to return again.
