In the UAE is one of the largest caviar production plants in the world.

A new caviar production plant has begun operating in the UAE, which is one of the largest in the world and is located on the eastern edge of the Arabian Peninsula. Recently, the plant received its valuable cargo - 22 individuals of sturgeon delivered from Germany.

Sturgeon was transported by Etihad Crystal Cargo.

They were delivered from Frankfurt Hahn's German airport to the capital of the UAE, Abu Dhabi, and then the fish were shipped directly to the customer. According to Roy Kinner, senior vice president of Etihad Crystal Cargo, the company is proud of its reputation for transporting valuable goods, and now the airline’s track record also includes sturgeon transport, which is one of the endangered species. When transporting valuable cargo in the form of rare representatives of the aquatic fauna, carriers demonstrated a high level of process organization - all fish were safely delivered from Frankfurt to the UAE.

Each representative of the sturgeon family was placed in a special container with temperature control, it ranged strictly from +10 to +15 degrees. To transport fish to the UAE, Etihad Crystal Cargo used its new A330-200 cargo plane, which is equipped with modern technologies and allows you to maintain the required temperature on board, which was so important when transporting sturgeon fish.
